Run by owner Nouha, this Fairfield bakery makes Middle-Eastern food fresh daily, either on site or at a professional kitchen in Epping. The range covers pastries, foldovers, pizzas, salads, mezza, dips, soups and gourmet delicacies, with newer additions such as their 'boats', and caters for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and those avoiding gluten or lactose.
Drinks run from coffee and tea to chocolate-based hot and cold drinks, chillers, smoothies, milkshakes, kombucha and beer, including local craft brewer 3 Ravens.
