The café pours single origins the team sources farm-direct, from Brazil's Tres Meninas to an Australian-grown lot out of Mareeba, each shot weighed to a recipe and remade if it misses. Small-batch roasting now runs from Somerton Park, and a coffee academy teaches the rest.
