A wood-fired pizza place on Springfield Road in Blackburn, run as a family business. The oven's high heat gives the crust its char and crispness, and pizzas are built on fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes and basil, with locally sourced ingredients.
Chef David trained for four years in baking and pastry from the age of 16, and received a Master Baker Award in 2013. The menu runs to combinations like San Daniel prosciutto with home-made pesto, potato with roasted peppers and goat cheese, hot sopressa salami, and the Italian Margherita. Toppings and sauces can be customised.
