A country pub beside the Gisborne railway line, with its rooms named for it: the Whistlestop for the bar and bistro, Platform 3 for the function room. Jeffrey's kitchen makes the pies with full pastry rather than buying them in, alongside roasts, bangers and mash and corned beef. A café runs at the front from eight in the morning, and Mount Macedon is out the windows.
