존 게버가 1998년 사우스코프의 방치에서 구해낸 청석 와이너리로, 바로사의 가장 오래된 부지 중 하나다. 연방국가 성립 이전의 포도나무들을 보유하고 있다. 셀러 도어에서는 에버레스트 쉬라즈와 100년 된 포도나무 쉬라즈를 선보인다. 후자는 필록세라, 금주법, 기업의 무관심을 견뎌낸 구획에서 나온다. 포도나무 때문만 해도 우회할 가치가 있다.
