Drift Pizza

A relaxed coastal pizzeria and bar in Tathra where the wood-fired pizzas ride on a 72-hour fermented dough of just flour, water, yeast and salt. Six rotating taps pour beer from the venue's own Drift Brewing, and there is gelati from a local maker, an indoor room, a covered terrace and a courtyard for spilling out into on warm nights.
