Running interactive, educational cruise-and-walk day tours off Tasmania's east coast since 2006, aboard the purpose-built Spirit Of Maria, a two-deck boat designed to nose into some of Australia's largest sea caves. Departing 21 Vicary Street in Triabunna, the trips circumnavigate Maria Island or head to Ile des Phoques (Isle of Seals), anchoring at a crowd-free cove for a buffet of local Tasmanian food before hours ashore in UNESCO-listed Darlington. Along the way passengers spot fur seals, dolphins, sea eagles, whales and Cape Barren geese against the island's cliffs.
