From the famous Kiama Blowhole, where the swell forces a plume of spray high into the air, the Kiama Coast Walk follows the shore south past headlands, rock platforms and surf beaches toward Gerringong. The path swings between clifftop pasture and hidden coves, with the escarpment rising green behind and whales passing offshore in season. Little Blowhole, quieter than its famous cousin, punctuates the way. Broken into easy sections and never far from a town, it is one of the most accessible and rewarding coastal walks on the south coast, doable in a day or savoured over several.
