By day a provedore and espresso counter on Tamborine Mountain, pairing hand-crafted pastries with deli sandwiches on house-baked bread and a glass of wine. On Friday and Saturday nights it turns to five-course dinners for a small room, led by fine-dining chef Brenden Schutz.
