Paul is a French-Australian knifemaker working full time in Brisbane, a maker whose interest traces back to an Opinel handed down by his grandfather at the age of six. What began as a hobby has become his primary occupation, producing an eclectic, ever-changing line of custom knives that shifts with his inspiration. He works largely to commission, building to a customer's specifications, and takes clear pride in one-off pieces over anything resembling production. The result is a small, personal practice run entirely by hand.
