A slow-food cafe on Memorial Avenue in Pomona that carries a Slow Food Snail of Approval, cooking sustainable, seasonal breakfast and lunch from locally sourced produce and composting as it goes. Come evening the room turns Japanese, serving ramen, sashimi and sushi as Ichimi from Wednesday to Saturday.
