Prairie Hotel is a fourth-generation family-owned Flinders Ranges institution in remote Parachilna. Housed in a heritage building evolved from a railway siding, it operates as a full hospitality destination with a gallery restaurant serving creative menus of native Australian, feral and regional produce (emu, goat, quandongs, bush limes).
