A European-inspired grocer on the corner of Spring Street, built by Con Christopoulos and Joshua Brisbane of Melbourne Supper Club, Siglo and City Wine Shop after long stretches in Italy and France, in a room designed by architect Kristin Green. Artisan pantry staples and a delicatessen sit beside an extensive cheese collection, much of it matured in the shop's own cellar and cut to order by its cheesemongers into platters. Chef-cooked Via Primavera meals and house-made Italian gelati and sorbetti round it out.
