Set in the Wollombi Valley on the old Great North Road, this is an open-kitchen cafe-restaurant with a bakery and bottle shop under the same roof, surrounded by bushland. Housemade sourdough, pastries and pies come out daily, and the wine list stays close to the Hunter, with Friday dinners extending the day.
