Stewart and Laura built their cellar door around a salvaged arched window, taking design cues from the Old Reynella Cave Winery. The result is a cool-climate tasting room five minutes from Stirling, pouring single-vineyard Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Méthode Traditionelle sparkling. All fruit is hand-pruned, hand-netted and hand-picked from their own vines.
