The community-owned art centre at Ramingining, in Central Arnhem Land, which describes itself as the cultural and spiritual heart of the community. Its artists work across painting, weaving and ceremonial objects, sold through the centre. Ramingining sits on the edge of the Arafura wetlands, a long way from any sealed highway, and the centre is the main window onto its art for the wider world.
