Next door to the Eatons Hill Hotel, this small distillery runs two-hour workshops capped at 20 people. Each participant works a mini alembic copper still, choosing from more than 100 botanicals to produce a 500mL bottle of gin or vodka — labelled, wax-sealed, and yours to take home. Two cocktails and a charcuterie board come included.
