An oyster bar and bistro on the Coffin Bay esplanade in South Australia, named for the year Matthew Flinders charted the bay. The kitchen builds its menu around fresh local oysters and an array of Eyre Peninsula seafood. Lunch runs Tuesday to Sunday, with dinner added Thursday to Saturday; the room is closed Mondays. It overlooks the water in the heart of one of the country's best-known oyster-growing towns.
