A family-run truffle orchard in the karri country outside Manjimup, where fresh black Perigord truffles are dug through the southern winter and sent from orchard to kitchen within a day or two. Alongside the retail sales, the Booth family runs down-to-earth truffle hunts and farm tours for anyone curious to follow the dogs into the rows.
