Teppanyaki cooking on a Melbourne griddle, run by a group of chefs who trace their trade back to the first Teppanyaki restaurant brought to the city a couple of decades ago. Some of that original group stayed and built restaurants in Melbourne; others worked in Japanese kitchens overseas before reuniting in Burwood East. Here they cook to a "furuku-te, atarashii" (old and new) approach. Open for Sunday lunch and for dinner from Monday through Sunday evening.
