Nestled among radiata pines in the Kuitpo Forest Reserve on the Fleurieu Peninsula, under an hour south of Adelaide, three off-grid cabins, Nala, Jarrah and Bambra, sit deep in the trees. Each is a self-contained architectural cabin sleeping two to four, with an indoor fireplace, private bathroom, outdoor fire and a Weber Q; dogs are welcome. The pitch is simple: forest bathing, woodsmoke and no signal. Real cabins in the woods, under an hour from the city.
