Freycinet Marine Farm is a working oyster and mussel farm on the Freycinet peninsula with an on-site restaurant and sales outlet. Daily-harvested oysters and mussels feature alongside scallops, rock lobster, and sustainably caught local scalefish. The farm gate restaurant serves prepared seafood dishes—notably a signature scallop pie—with Tasmanian wine, eaten on the deck or as takeaway. Farm tours available through partner Oyster Bay Tours.
