An ingredient-conscious wholefood cafe on Prince Street in Grafton, pouring organic Allpress coffee alongside house-made granola, sourdough and a run of gluten- and dairy-free sweets. A smaller sister espresso bar in South Grafton keeps the same spirit closer to the river.
