Kisuke is a Japanese omakase restaurant in Potts Point helmed by Chef Yusuke Morita, who trained in Tokyo, Amsterdam, and London before arriving in Sydney in 1994. After decades working across the city's Japanese dining scene, Morita opened Kisuke in Willoughby in 2012, then relocated to Potts Point in 2020. The restaurant offers a single daily-changing omakase course ($220pp) built around the chef's hand-selected fresh ingredients. Bookings are limited and released monthly for groups of 2, 4, or 6.
