Offerings include traditional varieties alongside distinctive house creations—Rocky Road with dark chocolate and rose water, Mandarin & Lavender using garden-grown ingredients, Pear & Ginger, and collaborations with Flour & Chocolate bakery (Macadamia Blondie, Choc Almond Croissant, Espresso Biscotti). Beyond scoops, they produce Bombe Alaskas torched to order, gelato cookie sandwiches, roulades, donuts, and croissants. Flavours rotate daily and weekly.
