It is owned by the Reschke family behind Coonawarra's Koonara Wines, and an alcove given over to wine tasting nods to that connection, an unusual pairing of retail and cellar in a coastal holiday town. Among the stock are Robe souvenirs, including the shop's own Obelisk doorstop, cast after the town's landmark. Open seven days, it functions as the town's go-to independent for a considered gift or a piece for the house, and holds its own against the beachside general trade.
