The Bantiles family, from Cebu, named this Rooty Hill restaurant and bakery after a mother and grandmother both known as Mama Lor, and the kitchen cooks from their recipes. It began with a craving for lechon without buying a whole pig. Charcoal grilling sits at the centre of the menu, and a small bakery at the back turns out hopia, ube breads and cakes to take home.
