Set on the ground floor at d'Albora Marina in Nelson Bay, this long-running creamery turns out gourmet ice cream, gelato and sorbet in more than fifty flavours, all made with Australian-sourced ingredients. Pancakes and Belgian waffles come piled with fruit and sweet sauces, alongside sundaes, thickshakes and coffee from Red Parrot Coffee. Open year round, seven days a week, bar Christmas Day, with hours that shift with the seasons.
