Rose Valley Cheese Company makes natural artisan cheeses in Hilbert, WA. Founded in 1977 by Loreta, who brought cheese-making knowledge from Barrea, Italy. The company produces ricotta, mozzarella, fetta, parmesan, provole, romano, haloumi, stracchino, and fresh farm cheese. All products are emphasised as all-natural.
