A native rock oyster farm at the Dunwich Oyster Yard on North Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) in Queensland's Moreton Bay. The farmer grows oysters for restaurants and sells to the public in season, inviting visitors down to the yard to meet the grower and taste them farm-to-table. Best caught across spring and summer.
