A short drive below the tourist crowds of Leura, Sublime Point earns its name. The narrow platform juts to the very edge of the escarpment, and the Jamison Valley opens beneath it in a near-vertical drop, with Mount Solitary squared off across the gulf and the Three Sisters visible along the cliffline to the west. It is far quieter than Echo Point and the view is arguably grander for the sheer sense of exposure. Come at dawn, when mist fills the valley and the first light rakes across the sandstone walls.
