Guided harbour paddles that launch from Lavender Bay and make a signature of coffee — barista-made from the espresso machine at their eco hub and carried out in splash-proof cups to sip on the water. The sunrise tour catches dawn breaking behind the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, while the sunset paddle glides out on pink LED-lit kayaks at dusk. Beyond the sightseeing they run Indigenous cultural tours and eco-certified harbour clean-up paddles, all guide-led rather than self-hire.
