A little corner of Bordeaux tucked into a heritage-listed building near Southern Cross Station, all high ceilings and low light. Boutique wines are poured glass by glass or as guided flights of three, alongside cheese and charcuterie chosen to follow the pour, and there is a small retail shelf so a favourite bottle can come home with you.
