A Bendigo artisan bakery that grew from a small café in 2013 into a maker of wild-yeast desem sourdough, specialty and seasonal breads, pastries and preserves. Flour, water and salt do the work here, with no preservatives or additives, and the bread reaches the Bendigo Community Farmers Market.
