Housed in Bendigo's 1876 former Union Bank on View Street, this is part wine merchant, part bar and part kitchen, with local, domestic and international bottles lining a heritage room. Tapas-style sharing plates run midday till late, alongside coffee and the occasional set-menu dinner.
