Bald RockNational Park

뉴 잉글랜드 노스 웨스트, NSW

A vast granite dome rises from the eucalypt forest of the Northern Tablelands, minutes from Tenterfield and close to the Queensland border. One of the largest exposed granite rocks in the country, Bald Rock can be climbed by a marked route to a trig point with views across the New England ranges toward Girraween's tors. Walking tracks thread the granite gardens of mountain gum and New England blackbutt, and a picnic area and campground sit at the base. Managed by NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
