The first truffiere to fruit in the heart of the Barossa, coaxing French Perigord black and Bianchetto white truffles from more than six hundred trees at Flaxman Valley. Harvest is seasonal and hard-won, with private sales, trade enquiries and a market stall when the digging is good.
