Besuto is a traditional Japanese omakase restaurant in central Sydney, offering chef's counter dining with set menus at $280 per person. Dinner seatings run Tuesday to Saturday at 5:30pm and 8:15pm; Friday and Saturday lunch at 12:30pm. Bookings open on the 1st of each month at 9am for the following month. The venue occupies Salesforce Tower at Circular Quay.
