실레시안 정착민들이 자신들의 집을 위해 돌을 자르던 채석장에 지어진 와이너리가 소유주가 바뀌었습니다. 슈래펠 가족은 1852년 바로사의 첫 포도원을 심었습니다. 5대 형제 로버트와 제프는 1981년 포도 재배를 와인 제조로 전환하여 정부가 뽑아내길 원했던 오래된 시라즈와 그르나슈 포도나무를 보존했습니다. 새로운 남호주 소유주가 2025년에 인수했습니다.
