In the vineyards of McLaren Vale on the Fleurieu Peninsula, about 45 minutes south of Adelaide, CABN runs eight off-grid cabins, six standard and two larger CABN X. Each is self-contained and architectural, with an indoor fireplace, private bathroom, outdoor fire and Weber Q; the CABN X cabins add saunas and outdoor soaking tubs, and some are pet-friendly. Over eighty cellar doors, Fleurieu beaches and national parks sit within easy reach, but the design encourages staying put and unplugging.
