Fishpen Charters

A skippered fishing operation that has worked out of Mitchies Jetty on Fishpen Road for around thirty years, its original vessel Broadbill now retired in favour of an 11-metre boat with twin 300hp Yamahas and onboard facilities. Three-hour trips chase snapper, morwong, flathead and gummy sharks, with four-hour reef runs adding nannygai and kingfish and longer private charters on offer. Gear, bait and licences are supplied and the crew cleans the catch, so guests just fish.
