나이젤 갤럽이 윌리아브럽의 자갈과 점토질 토양에 50에이커를 심었으며, 관개 없이 포도나무의 뿌리가 첫 상업 수확이 나오기까지 7년 동안 1미터 깊이까지 내려가도록 했습니다. 북쪽을 향한 경사지의 호턴 클론 카베르네와 아래쪽의 긴긴 샤르도네에서 생산되는 포도나무는 작고 진한 열매를 맺습니다. 야생 효모, 프랑스산 오크, 수작업 수확 등을 거쳐 2008년 지어진 와이너리는 이미 땅이 이루어낸 것을 방해하지 않습니다.
