토마스와 빈스가 2017년 로즈베리의 재개발 산업단지인 더 캐너리 내에 프렌시즈를 오픈했다. 주방에서는 숙성 샤쿠테리, 손으로 말아 만든 파스타, 오래 발효한 사워도우를 제공하며, 양조가 빈스는 음료 리스트(맥주, 스프리츠, 아페리티보 칵테일)를 음식과 어울리도록 설계한다. 2023년에는 베이커리가 추가되었다. 프랑스식 감각에 시드니 재료, 허세 없음.
