와인리딩은 지역산 stringybark, red box, yellow box 원목으로 지어진 1880년대 마방 건물 내부에 위치하고 있습니다. King Valley 농업 가문 출신인 데이비드와 론다 메이플스 부부가 복원하여 와이너리와 레스토랑으로 운영 중입니다. 부지 내 세 곳의 정원에서 재배한 채소를 사용하며, 전통 방식으로 만든 적포도주, 백포도주, 스파클링 와인을 선보입니다. 농장 동물들이 부지를 자유롭게 돌아다닙니다.
