An Albany oyster grower working estuarine leases in Oyster Harbour off Emu Point and in Princess Royal Harbour on Western Australia's south coast. Fed by river freshwater and the Southern Ocean, the waters give the region's rock oysters their flavour, harvested roughly November to April. It is a producer rather than a public farm gate.
