A small South Australian craft cannery hand-tinning its own seafood: Port Lincoln sardines in Australian oil, mussels in Cape Jaffa whisky, wild salmon with nduja and a hot-smoked kingfish and vermouth pate. Smoked in the Adelaide Hills and sold direct, it has drawn notice well beyond the state.
