세 개의 포도원, 하나의 셀러도어. Mount Eyre의 Honeytree Estate는 Gillards Road에 위치하며 약 50년 전에 심어진 포도원에서 와인을 판매한다 — 헌터 밸리 적포도주의 기초가 되어온 깊은 붉은 롬 토양에서 자란 세미용, 시라즈, 카베르네 쇠비뇽. 와이너리에서 최소한의 개입으로 과일이 말을 한다. 셀러도어는 2022년에 개설되었고, 프로젝트는 23개 빈티지에 들어섰다.
