1851년에 시작된 상업용 과수원이 이제는 구메라차 위쪽 북쪽 경사지에 펼쳐진 157헥타르의 인증된 유기농 및 바이오다이나믹 포도밭이 되었다. 시드니에서 애들레이드 힐스로 터를 옮긴 호너 가족은 2015년 샘프슨 플랫 산불 이후 재건축하여 이제 소규모 배치 피노 누아, 블라우프랑키시, 츠바이겔트, 멘시아, 그리너 펠트리너를 생산하고 있으며 셀라 도어 레스토랑을 함께 운영하고 있다.
