Dave Neyle and Inga Lidums run this cellar door on the quiet north-eastern edge of the Adelaide Hills, 40 kilometres from central Adelaide. Thursday to Monday, tastings pour cool-climate wines including a Blanc de Blancs and Chardonnay Pinot Noir under the MĀJA label. Friday through Sunday, chef Ali Seedsman runs a seasonal lunch or feed-me menu at $80 a head.
