피터 니콜은 1997년 질롱 외곽의 석회질 토양에 처음 포도나무를 심었다. 그의 자녀 잭과 캐서린이 2015년에 인수하여 목요일부터 일요일 점심과 금토일 저녁에 운영하는 언덕 위 레스토랑을 열었다. 2001년부터 시라즈를 재배하고 그 얼마 후 샤르도네와 피노 누아를 생산하는 와인들이 이제 10년을 맞은 주방과 함께 제공된다.
